Our staff is available in the showroom Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10am to 6pm and 10am to 4pm on Saturday to help you locate and fit costumes. If there are alterations, they will be completed when you pick up your costume the day before your event . If you cannot visit our store, we will do our best to fit you via e-mail and phone. We will ship the costume to you. We do not charge for travel time, but for use of the costume.
Rental fees are based on a 24 hour basis or one time wearing. So your costume will be due back the day after your event.
You will be required to leave a deposit when you pay for your rental. Generally the deposit is equal to the rental fee.The deposit will be returned to you when you return the costume. You may be asked to leave a deposit for holding a costume. There will be a minimum $20 bookkeeping fee for cancelled reservations with less than seven days notice.

Pricing:
- The average price for a 24 hour rental is $60. There are both less and more expensive rentals. Most walkabout mascots are $60 to $80 except Bunnies which average approximately $85 per night.
- Some costumes like Santa's have a range of prices based on quality, quantity, availability and amount of usage.
- Quantities of costumes for an event, party or play are priced out at a lower rate. The lowest rates are available for the "measurement system". The contact person(s) provide measurements and the HPC staff assign (sometimes alter) each chosen costume to the person it fits best.
- Schools are eligible for the greatest discounts.
- We offer a $35 "project" fee for students renting a costume for reports.
- Under some circumstances staff is available to come to you and take measurements.
- We charge for delivery depending on distance and urgency.
