The costume ideas written on this page are a random list of ideas; HPC may not already have the costume as named here but we will try our best to help fulfill your fantasy. Prices, quantities, color and sizes vary. Prices are based on accessories, value of the costume, and usage. Average price for 24 hour rental is $65. Some alterations are available. Rental is based on 24 hours. The costume is available the day before and should be returned the day after the event. Exceptions include plays, long distance rentals, and well placed bribes. During the Halloween season, costumes may be reserved with payment/deposit, then picked up 24 hours prior to the event and returned the day after. We require a deposit for all costume rentals. The deposit amount is equal to the rental fee in most cases. The deposit can be a check or major credit card. Cash deposits will be returned by business check. Deposits are refundable with the exception of late returns and/or damaged costumes. Sorry, no refunds. Familiar names have been used for description purposes only. Helen's does not produce copyrighted costumes.
